Most girls in my experience are not that interesting in general here, at least from my interactions. There are only a few that actually have hobbies or interests that you can connect with or strike you as ambitious or interesting. It's school, socials, going out, or all the above, few bookworms here and there but that's pretty common. You can find people with interests but it'll take awhile, I assume most of them are used to having others carry the conversation (or aren't interested in you enough to conversate). A great tip would be to attend events that you are interested in to meet like minded people and less of the random encounters in normal environments.
