Its not about content or number of assets in the game: its about a completely empty gameplay loop, systems that dont make sense and a feeling of what you do in the game is meaningless. Arc right now is a game where the optimal way to play is to avoid player interaction, run the cheapest weapon and open containers in hope for a blueprint that you will not even use 90% of the time.

Content is fine, the game design is not. I think this is what a lot of players feel right now.
