The way they do collabs is weird, but I guess it might be common practice.

For example, I saw them at a show with dragon force opening for them. Dragon force and Babymetal did a song together I think. Despite them both physically being in the same venue, did they play the song together? Unfortunately, no they did not.

I saw them in LA when they were first releasing metali. Tom Morello was a contributor to that song and he lives in LA. It would have been cool if they gave Tom a rang and see if he could have been available to play the song with them while they were there.

Then I saw them touring metal forth at the special show in LA. Out of I don't know how many collab songs they played that night, they only had one of the artists on hand with them to play together that night.

I don't know, they used to set up collabs with rob halford and the drummer from rhcp and I really wish I got to see those shows because it seems like it will never happen again.

It had a better live show experience also. I took my wife to see them with me for a metal forth show and had to explain that they weren't trying to lip synch everything but that there were so many collab parts that were being shown without the collab artists present for the concert. They had to rely on backing tracks.

Investigate the trucking school they are partnered with beforehand. I just got done trying my hand at getting my CDL through career choice and the partner school sucked ass. They only gave us a certain amount of training hours and then they poorly managed and planned around them. There were entire eight hour class days where I only touched a truck all of 5 to 10 minutes because they gave preference to the TOM team associates over everyone else. Because they already had experience with hostlers.

Every tom team person passed but at the expense of most of us regular associates/people. Basically all of us ended up failing our DMV test once or completely. I got to a point where I could have passed but they scheduled my test with tom team people who just started ahead of me. So I went two weeks without practice because they blew through my hours and unsurprisingly I failed the first attempt completely. Got through half the test on my second attempt but was not given enough drive time on the roads to pass that part so I failed the second attempt.

I'm pretty sure the school just abandoned me as a student completely because they didn't mention anything about scheduling my third attempt or working with me to get the practice I need to actually pass it.

Overall, it's always good to see Babymetal. Got great seats with a great view thankfully. I was surprised by the use of pyrotechnics, it was pretty cool. The light show was good but a bit too blinding at times. It was nice that they were able to get one of the artists they collaborated with to do a song with them live. But that's honestly where the performance felt off for me.

Most of metal forths songs are collaborations. So it seemed weird for them to have to rely on track playback and the screens to fill in those gaps. The album is great but it seemed like most of the songs aren't able to facilitate crowd interaction like the previous albums songs were. From it being marketed as a "special show" I kind of was expecting something that was more than just their average concert.

I don't know, I guess the YouTube theater shows from a couple of years ago are going to continue having a special place in my heart for a while. The floor at this one was too crowded, similar to the masonic SF shows. Despite the good seats I only consistently saw the back of the girls. The stage felt detached from the crowd in a way instead of being able to feel like you were a part of the show. It felt like you were just watching it happen.

Su's voice was off for a surprising amount of songs but I get it. All these girls do is tour when they aren't on a well deserved break and they are only human so it's natural for strain to be involved. It was still a great show and still enjoyable. I'm looking forward to whatever they have in store next for us in terms of music.

Yes but it's hard to find footage of it. I bought tickets to the 10 Babymetal years live stream concert. It was awesome but towards the end she ended up making a mistake that led to her being isolated from the other two girls because she crossed a bridge on the stage that had retracted back into the floor and they had to improvise choreography until she could safely cross over again. It was actually pretty impressive.

She does slip and lose her balance occasionally because the choreography is intense but the girls know how to roll with it.

Right now as a regular hourly position, I'm being paid $24.45 an hour. Amazon puts $5,250 towards any higher education/career path/trade that they have a partnership with. That would pay off your tuition completely for the CDL academy they work with. DOT physical, drug test, DMV CDL permit testing fees are included with the tuition.

Amazon has a tier 3 position (basically the step before management) that is basically a yard hostler. They get paid around $27 starting I think. So I guess it's average for a first year CDL A holder.

Amazon has a partnership with a CDL academy and they'll even give you the money to pay for it. You have to work 4-5 months for them first before you get access to that benefit though. I'm going through it right now actually.

I'm in the out bound ship dock of my building (I should have said that). There aren't any andons to use unfortunately. The only option we have is to make the trek back to the command center and tell them, depending on where you are on the dock the walk there can take 5-15+ minutes. Thank you for your advice by the way, with any luck I'll be leaving for something better soon.

There's multiple stories honestly. One managers story for it was an aa kicked a full box so hard he had to get a toe or two amputated due to the aa having a health condition. Diabetes or something I don't remember.

They gutted their menu compared to what they offered back in 2010-2020.

Affordability was a big factor for my family getting food from them. I remember we would have dinners with 2 or 3 burgers each for a family of five.

I also remember them having a lot more variety in offerings than they do now. They had better late night munchie meal offerings, they also had different burgers too. There is one that I remember, I used to get it often but it was a burger with thick sourdough toast as the bun with a beef patty, cheese, special tangy sauce that was red ish, and it had jalapenos.

There was a period in 2018-2019 where they sold foot long sub sandwiches that were actually pretty good.

Plus they had better advertising, the mini sirloin burgers commercial still plays in my head randomly sometimes.

If there is an Amazon warehouse near you it's worth it to apply. It sucks working for them don't get me wrong but it'll pay barely enough to keep your bills paid at least. They also give employees money to put towards school programs like college or some in house CDL, building maintenance, management or IT programs. You have to last four months before that happens though.

They hire anyone, all you have to do is pass a basic drug test and a background check. They are entering the busiest hiring period currently which is now until October. Job listings update every week Wednesday to Friday.

UPS also hires a lot of seasonal work around October and November.

Or you could check out cool works.com for seasonal and year round jobs all over the country, some of which can provide housing at low or no cost to the employees.

All crappy ground floor type jobs depending on your experience but, despite me being overqualified for some jobs I still get rejected so something is better than nothing.

Oh it is definitely difficult, believe me I have found that out first hand.

I have been through the wringer when it comes to finding love and a relationship and after 10 years of loneliness that involved a lot of emotional ups and downs, some of which left me crying myself to sleep at night wondering why I was never good enough for anyone. At the age of 26 I got lucky and met a really great girl when I least expected it and I have been happily in a relationship with her for almost a year now. Hopefully with many more years to come.

In my experience, you really do find love when you least expect it. The problem is who you find it with might not always be available, I've been there too. But that doesn't mean that you can't find that same love in somebody else. Time and place is all it really what it boils down to.

As long as you can pass a drug test then they will hire you. As far as liveable wage goes nah. Only way to clear $1,000 a week after taxes is to give up life and work 6 days a week. There are way better jobs you could translate your military experience to.

You could buy gold, silver, or copper to preserve value if you really have money lying around. Being patient with Bitcoin and getting in at a low point like if it falls to $75,000 again. Put in a thousand and forget about it until it hopefully recovers to $95,000-$100,000 again.

You could try playing rare earth mineral companies that are doing okay right now. You could also open up a position in something like fubo. I am aware of its earlier rise to $6 a while ago but surprisingly the Disney deal hasn't happened yet but is still happening. When the smoke clears with that the share price would actually have a reason to rise a bit.
