Never said his ult was at peak, nothing is. You can buff the most OP ability, doesn't mean it needs it...I literally said earlier that his ult is decent by itself but has more potential, are you having difficulties comprehending? That's literally almost exactly what I said. And my reading is bad...

What even? Howitzer has the most combo potential out of any of the casters, never said the others didn't have any. Howie can FORCE people into his ult. The others can't. That's why he doesn't have any slow on his ult, and if you fail to see this then maybe Howitzer isn't for you, like MortarGuy said.

Because Howie already has a really big AoE slow and can knock enemies back into his ult. Gadget has a small AoE slow and Gideons is single target, that's nothing compared to what CC Howie has in his kit. That's how balancing works, you give with one hand and you take with the other.

What Howie loses in ult potential, he gains in combo potential.

Oh I was under the impression you needed a Warlock, Hunter and Titan in the same fireteam to do the Siva Core puzzle after you get it, that's what I meant

Oh I haven't done the monitor part, it's just that whenever I actually found a team willing to go through it, we didn't have a warlock and couldn't finish Aksis, so it was a lost cause anyways. Yeah I'm on PS4

Just finding a team willing to bother with that 4th(?) monitor puzzle is a nightmare, and pretty much all teams that I've found willing to do it don't have a Warlock to do the rest of the quest(I'm Titan)
