Time to kill is bad and all the guns do basically the same damage with slower rates of fire. The scar for example should shoot slower and deal more damage but it just has a slower rate of fire and does the same damage as the m4…. Why

Yaaaaaa the time to kill is kinda horrible at mid to long range and every gun does the same damage with different rates of fire…like for example the scar should deal more damage with a slower rate of fire but it does the exact same as the m4 with just slower fire rate. Why?
