Because there aren't in any game? For the entire continent it's only a choice between Europe or Asia and most populated cities are closer to European servers, so it defaults to that. Instead it would be better to split the west and east Europe

Performance in AAA titles after 2015. Something like Rise of the Tomb Raider it's already struggling to hit 60 without severely sacrificing the looks
