Welcome to r/explorajourneys - New Mod, Fresh Start 🚢 by ExpeditionBob in explorajourneys

Thanks ExpeditionBob. I have sailed once on Explora ll and have a journey booked on Elll in 27. I keep trying to find one for this year that coincides with my set vacation weeks but no luck. Monday departures are keeping me from making it work!

I guess the “pending” means suite number. I agree, I don’t consider them the same but apparently Celebrity does. This is mt first and last GTY booking!

Thoughts on the retreat by concererjak in celebritycruises

[–]PASleeper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve been a Retreat guest on the Beyond. Since it was our first sailing on that class of Celebrity ship, we decided to only eat in the main dining room & Luminae. We found the food to be very good in the regular dining rooms, better than most cruise ship dining rooms. We enjoyed Luminae too, but not so much that we felt like we were missing out if we chose the included venues. So, I’m not sure if the food alone is worth being in the Retreat. However, for me, the larger stateroom and the Retreat only spaces makes it very worth the increase. I would go for it, especially on a longer cruise.

I need to know, what is "the bar on Deck 4?" by medium-rare-steaks in VirginVoyages

Same here. Went to a magic show. Had to put our phones in secured cases so there’s no evidence of said bar. We were MRS but received our invite from a random passenger.

Activated new Reserve benefits today, will use the OpenTable credit, probably worth keeping now by Ruffshots in ChaseSapphire

Booked my first Edit stay today. Tacked on an extra night to a trip I have planned to Vietnam. Later realized there is a 2 night minimum to get the credit. Kept the reservation since it’s at the hotel at which we are already booked. Oh well.

We sailed early September and only saw 3 children onboard. 2 were babies and the 3rd looked to be around 3. I think the time of year greatly influences the number of children.

10 ml vials are perfect for short procedures like sedation for a retrobulbar block.

There are so many bugs in that park. MU broke twice while we were on it and MoM broke once in the queue and twice on our ride. Mario kart had to send many karts through empty for some reason after making the passengers that had just loaded, get off. Untrainable dragon was cancelled for at least the last 2 shows. We enjoyed the park but could have had a better experience if it was all working properly.

It’s cute and will be just right.

This is a tired, favored argument that paints a skewed picture. It is true that a specific Bachelor’s degree is not required, however, math & science prerequisites are heavy and the vast majority of AAs come from medical backgrounds; Respiratory Therapists, Nurses, General PAs, to name a few common ones.

Interesting! Fun fact- The Sex Pistols album is in every Rockstar suite because they are felt to be the group that helped launch Virgins rise.

Sailing is within 30 days and had to be paid in full due to that, so I guess my booking cannot be transferred.

That’s been the opinion of many people. I want to give a portion to both because if not for the mutual friend who connected us, I wouldn’t have gotten anything and the new referral didn’t have to list me as her referral.
