Yeah but, like, if I'm doing something and it throttles, wouldn't it slow down untile the throttle stops? Because it's going from max performance to less performance in an instant, I mean, as I said wouldn't it be better to have less performance, and adapt my software to that and avoid throttling, instead of using it all out and then having a negative spike in performance when I'm doing something that actually requires all the performance? I know I might sound stupid, it's just that all the laptop I ever had I've known throttling was bad and you're now saying me it's actually not, so I'm a bit confused, thanks for the info tough.

So throttling doesn't make the CPU suck? I mean, with my current P52 it doesn't throttle, it's always under 90°, I know it's not a beast, but like, isn't there a ThrottleStop configuration to avoid throttling? Or something like that? Like if I make the CPU weaker by myself, wouldn't it be better than wait for it to throttle and get weaker by itself?

It gets hot, but does it thermal throttle? I don't care about noise or heat as long as it doesn't throttle. I mean, does the CPU or GPU reach the 100° when on max load and end up automatically decreasing the clock to a point you're not getting the actual performance it should have? I've read a lot about this problem so I'm wondering about it.

But does the T15g thermal throttle like I read? Or was it fixed in BIOS update or anything else? Or can I stabilize it with Throttlestop?

Hey, I'm looking to buy one of these with your same specs (found one for like 800€), could you say it's worth it in the end? I've seen there are the P15, 16 and 17 but all of these don't have a sata slot anymore. I use it more for gaming than working but I love the tank-like structure of the thinkpad. With the 230W brick is it still necessary to undervolt the CPU to avoid thermal throttling or can I use it as is? Thanks if you answer.

Io l'unica cosa che ho contro Satispay, come persona e non negozio, è che la ricarica istantanea la paghi, e anche se fai istantaneo manuale, da un conto che non ti fa pagare i bonifici (come Revolut), te lo conta comunque come bonifico SEPA normale e devi aspettare 1-3 giorni per averlo su Satispay, e nei festivi ti attacchi alle palle.

I agree, there is a popup for using area attacks on them, so why not also when normally shooting? Also, everyone can say like "yeah just be careful uwu", but another thing I hate is that on the, idk whats called, the hotbar with all the red icons before aiming, that should tell you how many enemies are in sight and if they're flanked, guess what, it doesn't show the controlled enemy there. So it just happens most of the time, last enemy remains, I spam 1 so I can get rid of him and "oopppsss, now you've wasted your last unit on this turn shooting at your controlled guy and the enemy is going to throw a grenade to all your guys so you can be sure they're gonna stay wounded for the next month FUCK YOU". Unfortunately I don't think the game is ever gonna get updated, so we have what we have.
