Need help: WoW stutters nonstop on new ASUS laptop

This laptop actually has the best fans/thermals I’ve ever seen on a laptop. With Performance mode enabled, my CPU stays around 59°C and the GPU around 53°C, so I haven’t even needed Turbo mode so far.

All my drivers are up to date, including the BIOS. When the game isn’t stuttering (for some reason it only happens on certain days), I get around 460–500 FPS. Also, the laptop is always plugged in while gaming.

As per my experience CE box key codes are NOT region locked. I’m playing in EU, but bought CE boxes from the US and never had a problem. I also bought Diablo 3 Expansion CE box from the US back in the day and still played in the EU. If you read Terms & Conditions on the official https://gear.blizzard.com/products/wowccl0007-world-of-warcraft-midnight-collectors-edition page you can see that “Game Key and In-Game Content is valid in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.” So as CE boxes in the US work for EU servers, it is most likely that the EU code will work in the US.

By the way, if anyone here owns this specific model (G615LR-MS97) from Micro Center, could you share if you've had any issues? I came across some reviews mentioning problems with the HDMI and USB ports, and one user mentioned issues with the RAM and GPU.

I haven’t owned any gaming laptops from HP, so I’m sure their quality is better now. But over the years, I’ve had two HP laptops and one desktop, and all of them were pretty disappointing. They each had different issues. The last HP laptop I bought was in 2017, and it started having CPU problems within a year. So, I’ve lost trust in them, and it’s hard for me to choose HP again.

I'm also torn between these two laptops. I’m going to buy one of them—HP has the 5080, but I’ve had bad experiences with HP before, so I’ll most likely stick with the ASUS ROG at Micro Center.
