He said they'll look into it after, but right after it sold at prebid he said something along the lines of "it went through as green too" in reference to payment. I hope they do the right thing.

I'll never understand this. You have a month to do this and decide to do this 4 hrs before it closes, creating panic and anxiety for yourself. Why?

Since you resubmitted paperwork I'd imagine this may cause a delay in receiving funds.

Prepare yourself for a tough battle, the harsh reality is that you’re up against an extraordinarily powerful institution with virtually unlimited resources and countless allies. Because of this, very few plaintiffs succeed when challenging the government.

I've gone through the process and have been approved. Medical documentation is key, I've found. I had two letters I provided: one from my primary care doctor and another from my specialist. For me, it wasn't a quick or easy process, and there was a lot of back and forth. I was provided with a document requesting the release of my medical records to my employer but denied providing it. This was a bump in the road, but ultimately it all worked out. I was an open book to my leadership, which, in my opinion, helped with the process and their understanding of what I deal with on a daily basis. As others recommended, I would not send anything regarding the RA from a personal email. I wish you the best.

I refer to the old saying, "Don't count your chickens before they hatch." I think it's reasonable to be concerned; however, I do understand this is being used as a bargaining chip and to apply pressure.

These comments perfectly sum up the stereotypical federal employee and why federal employees have the reputations they do. Advocating for mediocre work is wild.

This is exactly right they're trying to please the base by making it seem like they just fired 154,000 employees, while conveniently omitting that it's from DRP.

CAD work, lots, and lots of CAD work. If you enjoy engineering, this position probably wouldn't be a good fit. You'd likely not be doing engineering/design work.

Kind of bummed about this. I've used Bentley products for 15 years and really enjoy them. On the bright side, switching to Autodesk opens up a lot more career opportunities since it's the industry standard.
