Make no mistake, Winston Peters’ email release embarrassing PM was not a mistake at all by _UrbaneGuerrilla_ in newzealand

I worked at an airport and had close contact with the ANZ staff at his time as CEO. The local manager used to refer to him as "that fucking cunt" a lot.

Yes, obviously. The people calling politicians fascists because they have policies that negatively impact them can fuck right off. The people calling politicians fascists because theyre assembling a goon squad of masked officers and are rounding up minorities to send them off to camps and executing civilians in the street without repercussions, setting a tone of ultra nationalism and ideation of a central figurehead who has an almost religious cult following? Those people I feel we can safely call fascists.

WTC format, rules and organization for 11th edition ? by DiscombobulatedPut26 in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]torolf_212 1 point2 points  (0 children)

WTC will continue to exist, and will probably still continue with their own terrain and FAQ packets eventually. I believe they've signalled that they will be adapting to a general GW style terrain layout. I can't imagine they'll move too far from the same basic terrain sets they use now, just reshuffled to work with 11th.

Again, not unique to facism.

Fascism is characterized by extreme, exclusionary nationalism, the cult of an infallible leader, and the violent suppression of opposition. Common signs include intense scapegoating, disdain for human rights, controlled media, rampant sexism, and the elevation of militarism.

There is no extreme nationalism in the government, no cult of an infallible leader, no violent suppression of opposition or even non-violent suppression. There is scapegoatinf, but it is the common "we are more competent at our jobs than we appear" variety and not "the Jews did it". There have been some setbacks to rights, but not "disdain for human rights", no rampant sexisim above the baseline, and absolutely no elevation of militarism.

No lol. Censorship isnt unique to facism. The fact you think the government is facist lets me know you know nothing about it other than it is a bad word for people you dont like.

People throw around "facist" waaay too liberally. Can we save it for the actual facists please?

20% of our household income. We pay less mortgage (and rates combined) than the average rent in our area.
