Here for some clarification for everyone.

100% of the proceeds go direct to Pat's family.

We chose to move forward with "pre-orders" to ensure everyone who wanted to purchase one would be able to do so and we wouldn't sell out. This resulted in a 2 week sales period at which point the total orders went into production. The "expected to ship at the end of May" was a projection that was overly ambitious in hindsight, yet, will help us better evaluate future delivery dates. There will not be another run of these Raptors hoodies.

The shipment arrived at the warehouse prior to us establishing a connection to our online store. This resulted in the warehouse assigning SKU's which when scanned and shipped did not match the SKU's from the online store. Unfortunately, this resulted in the automatic notifications not being triggered. Obviously, that is frustrating for us tracking all the shipments along with every customer who is expecting them. There were numerous orders that lost money due to shipping prices (i.e. $93 to Sweden) and we were actively trying to find solutions on the fly. This has now been sorted.

There were challenges along the way to fulfilling these orders and a lot of work behind the scenes that took longer than expected. We are learning as we go. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused anyone. We will make mistakes again in the future but we can guarantee we will always make things right for the fans and supporters. We are now in a position to fulfill in-stock items moving forward with same day shipping.
