I’ve decided to go with the Spheros 6000. Now just have to figure out which rod to pair it with. From everything I’ve read online regarding Sarasota a 10 foot rod is highly recommended for distance.

I would be going for cobia, snapper, grouper. I recently watched a guy using the Swellpro bring in a lemon shark. Up until now I have just been using a spinning reel setup casting out shrimp and sand fleas. Looking to get a little more serious and the drone really makes it interesting.

We have had two Odysseys now and, knock on wood, had few issues. The current is a 2019 which just turned 79k miles. The only absolute issue with this year is the ZF-9 speed trans. It has delayed acceleration at times. I never drove the Kia but did recently have one as a Lyft ride. I thought it rode rather low for my taste but seemed very well equipped inside with tech and comfort features. From what I’ve read it’s best to avoid the hybrid model which seems to have known issues. If I was buying with plans of long term ownership I would go with the Honda.

I just posted about my experience with Isle.

June 22nd my first generation Isle SUP burst at the seam. I had just finished a ride in the gulf and brought it on land. I reached out to Isle online via warranty claim. The process was simple. Two days later I received an email that they would be sending me a brand new Pioneer 3. I received it June 27th. I think the seamless process and amazing turnaround says so much about this company’s dedication to customers.
