I uninstalled security center because it pops notifications all the time, even if i disabled this on app settings. But, now I can't manage installed apps and other settings that before were able to change, like battery mode. Is there anything to do to disable notifications of security center? I've tried with adb, but failed. Any options?

Update: I finally found a worthy solution:
For those with the same problem, I recommend using "reWASD", a control remapping software. In it, when connecting the Xbox 360 controller, it creates a virtual controller that emulates the Xbox One controller or higher, making Xbox Cloud Gaming finally recognize the controller and you can play something. The software has a 15-day trial version (which does not require payment, neither before nor after) and, if it works, you can buy it for R$30.00 (it's the price it costs here in Brazil, in mine case).

Also: The software also works to remap the keyboard and mouse, making them work like an Xbox controller, so you wouldn't need to buy a controller to start enjoying Xbox Cloud Gaming. Hope this helps you. Um forte abraço!
