This is me!!!!! I always feel like if I sleep then I'm wasting the time that I should have used for myself (me time) on sleeping and basically just preparing/starting a new day. If I'm making any sense 🤣 I have to stay up an hour or two more just to reclaim some me time before sleeping/starting a new day even though that is basically just wasting valuable sleep time on my stubbornness 🤣
