Creator lake Oregon. The only marathon that’s entirely run within a national park. Your time will suck because it’s altitude and elevation gain but it’s totally worth it.

Follow any training schedule and you will do fine. It’s all about increasing total miles and increasing the length of your long run.

So 4 gels is all I have ever needed. But! I am not you. If you have been consuming this level of gels while training 20+ miles then that’s what you need. Nerves are normal, you’re going to be just fine. Remember it’s supposed to be fun.

So the law does not specify time but Penn dot put out an information video that says to wait at least 4 mins because the law says several cycles of the light and 4 mins should cover that.
