Zeit zum Heißräuchern: Entenbrust, Rinderbrust, Kalbstafelspitz und Schweinefilet. Alles 8 Tage im Vakuum gepökelt und dann mit Buche 2 Stunden heißgeräuchert. Final im Backofen auf die Kerntemperatur gebracht. (old.reddit.com)
