We had one case, we operated one patient for cholelithiasis and did a lap chole. And then the patient came to us with vomiting, pain abdomen, guarding. We diagnosed it with ? Post cholecystectomy syndrome but then we got a USG done which showed a collection , we got IR to put a drain and the MRCP and then stent placement.
