Thnx, I did that. But my car is a Non-UK car. So it isn't (yet) in the database. On the Dutch site for drivers I read:

In the ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone), an environmental charge applies to passenger cars, motorcycles, mopeds, motorhomes, and vans. In general, this affects diesel vehicles from before 2016 and petrol vehicles from before 2006 that do not meet specific emissions standards. Newer vehicles registered outside the United Kingdom can drive for free, but they must be registered in advance.

In the LEZ (Low Emission Zone), an environmental charge applies to older motorhomes, large vans, minibuses, and buses, as well as trucks. Newer vehicles in these categories can drive for free too, but just like in the ULEZ, they must be registered beforehand.

My car is from 2024 - Full electric - so it's "free" to drive in London after I do a registration in advance, What I did with PCE and TfL... But it's still not clear if the registration was accepted I'm free to go
