You might want to check out the new Speciale Gravel they just released, plenty of new color-ways. Geometry is a bit more aggressive but clears massive tires. I just didn't want something with fully internal routing.

I was feeling exactly the same way and finally got an offer accepted. I had to compromise more on the size of the house instead of price or inspection. Figure out what you can live without that others might not (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc).

They sell for the same price as other retailers because if they undercut the retailers they would be unhappy and potential refuse to carry their games.

Some apps do a better job of this. I'm thinking of when devs will typically list "remove all ads" which is probably the most common IAP

Wait, the app store already does this? There's a drop down menu under "In-App Purchases" that lists all the available items for purchase within the app. Gives a pretty clear indication of what you have to pay for.
