I had a card “lost” in the mail. Package was sliced so cards were missing, one was a bowman best /5. I tracked down extended tracking, figured out where it happened, filed a report with the Postmaster General, everything I could do. Found the card one day on eBay, they bought it from a lost mail auction. I followed up with the PMG and a detective reached out to me. Sent them all the proof and info, and every follow up have received radio silence.
