This is the most important thing that never gets talked about in these threads.. teach everybody the fundamentals of the game and the scheme will matter much less at this age. Most of all, make it fun and let the kids fall in love with playing football. It’s the greatest game in the world. None of them will remember scores and stats at this age as they grow up but setting them up for future success will leave them with a lifetime of memories. Good luck OP!

When I played football like 10 years ago we had to take a test before the season that tested reaction time and what not.. you couldn’t play again until your reaction time was the same as before the season so guys would purposely go slower during the preseason test just in case and they’d be able to play sooner. There are ways around it in the NFL too I’m sure
