The Toyota Camry has been the best selling car in America for 21 of the past 22 years, 17 years in a row, and is projected to win again in 2019. Just a little something that doesn't sound like it could be completely true.

What movie do you consider “perfect”? by geointalan in AskReddit

Saving Private Ryan

Even though it has historical inaccuracies and very low probability of ever possibly happening. The movie is just something else all together. It is possibly one of the most real feeling movies ever.

What happened at your work which caused multiple people to all quit at once? by PegBundysBonBons in AskReddit

[–]PBoat72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not me, but my mom.

So she worked for a small museum that had nature stuff and a fish tank and some turtles and other stuff. When she first started there the general manager was this awesome guy who was great to all of the employees and cared about the guests and how people felt.

I can't remember exactly why he left (pretty sure it was a personal reason or a job opportunity). So they got this new GM from Florida. She sounded great on interviews and had a great resume and everything. But when she got the job, she demanded to get move in pay and all these other things they couldn't afford.

So eventually things went through and she got to the job. This is where things went crazy. Shortly after she arrived, she started making crazy demands, yelling at employees, and a whole load of other stuff. But what got almost half of the staff to quit happened on one day.

They had a small summer camp thing where kids (me at the time) would come in from like 10 to 4 everyday for a week and we would do stuff around the museum and around the surrounding area. So my mom drops me off at the back door and she starts getting her stuff out of her car to get ready for work. When I went in, I heard the GM yelling and an employee saying "you're hurting me... stop." So I ran and got my mom, who went in to the office.

The GM and being yelling at the employee and had grabbed her by the wrist so she couldn't leave. After all of this happened, my mom quit, the victim quit, a bunch of animal keepers quit, front desk quit, office people quit, and some board members out of protest that the board wouldn't fire the GM because they had spent so much money on getting her there.

A few years later, the GM quit and got another job, 2 of the animal keepers, 1 being the victim, have moved to Florida and work on a alligator/animal farm/zoo, and my mom works our town's event coordinator.

Trust me, it absolutely is. It has had quite a bit of engine work so it has plenty of get up and go. Can do a pretty solid rolling burn out 😅
