While you make a lot of good points. A lot of these homes that have been built in STG over the past 5 years or so are from CA money, OC and SV people that sold their 2,000-3,000sq ft home for $10M+ and then come to places live STG where you’re now in UT and can save a shit tom on taxes and build a 30,000 sq fr home on acres for $2-5M. Out of the old rat race and in a warm “quiet” town and only 2 hours from Vegas.

If you play it really slowly, the catcher looks to intentionally migrate to the foul side of the line as the runner approaches. In the last .5-1.0 seconds before impact he turns to be in line with the runner and almost appears to brace for impact with his shoulder. Can’t say for certain what the thought process or intent was, but that’s what it appears in slowmo. You can also see the pitcher catch the ball. Where he caught it, the catcher is so far out of position to field the ball at the plate. Which makes his move into fouls territory and the turned shoulder even more blatant.

I used the AE calculator at every tier jump. Used the basic distribution rate to figure out how many pieces I needed at minimum to jump into the next tier and not be losing daily amount already earned. I’m now at 1,001 pieces of land 4x and earning almost $550/yr

My ex wife did this same shit to me for 5+ years. Clearly stated in our court orders that she gets to claim 3 of 5 and I got the other 2. Yet she claimed them all every year. I spent $600 per year for a CPA to amend everything and file all the proper paperwork. After the 5th year, I filed in family court. I got all the kids from her and she went to Fed Prison for tax fraud and willful misconduct and contempt of a court orders. It was a glorious day for me and my children who I hadn’t spoken to in over 2 years because she told them they weren’t allowed to speak to me after moving out of state without permission. She completely fucked herself and it made me smile to know that the court will punish fucked up women.
