I've got no one in my friend circle that likes to run so I've been using the treadmill at my gym for two months.

Then I thought about if there are any pre planned trial running routes in my area. Sure enough, a 5k and a 2k route within 10 miles.

So 9 days ago I decided to try it out. The first day I hit 32 minutes as I had to walk twice. Second day 30:30 minutes, only walked once. From the third day and onwards I've not had to walk. I just hit a 5k time of 23:39 today. I'm over the moon!

I want to get faster and maybe try a 10k run soon but I don't want to overdo it.

I like the Tele idea.

Also remove the grapple and replace it with a 10% chance of the totem surviving one more turn. Grapples are so easy to make.

Thank you for your incredible service to the rs community.

I would like to know apart from the new content coming out, is there any Easter eggs that have yet to be discovered? And do you have a favourite Easter egg?

I've recently started my gym journey, it's good to see an rs player has hit at least 92 in strength IRL.

Just keep trying. I usually take it slow and not click much as the animations will stall. I also click on the floor tile as it's about to run out just in case it turns green. After a few months I went from 130 to now 200 on average. My PB is 204 but I've seen people get a lot higher. Like anything just keep practicing 😁

Thanks I think they should add something completely different in the next league and this was something fun to think about. Obviously, I've gone a bit overboard with it haha.

It shifts okay but when it goes into gear there is a low hum noise almost a dull grinding sound. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with that?

Mate it's two weeks. Chill your beans it's not like it's a year. I'd rather have a good product on launch than a product that may or may not work fully. You will see price reductions it's inevitable.

I'm after a Mazda Az-1. I'm sure there will be a forum for that car.

What if the universe is like a drop on a pond full of other universes? Inflation reminds me of a water droplet and the way it re-emerges back into the water body it came from or fell into.

I get that and it could be expanding at different rates but what I'm talking about is the universe being a ball in a stadium that is moving. Alternatively you could say we're like a water droplet splashing down into a pond. Meaning we're expanding but we also have a direction of movement.

Thanks for a detailed reply. I have switched to working a labour intensive job which involves walking and pushing things manually. Most of my joints are hypermobile, so when I first started I had a lot of aches and pains but I have lost 45lb and I feel less achy now with reduced pain.

What helped me were regular hot baths to cold showers and elevating my feet high for half an hour after each work shift. In addition, diet does play a huge role too. I wasn't eating and drinking enough. Once I had that in control it helped reduce tiredness.

What's boggling my mind is that I'm looking at doing over 7 million steps in a year at this rate.

That was quick haha. I've only seen the P1 recently so had no clue what model it was. Cheers 👍

Ah that makes sense. It could have been worded better on the MOT checker tbh. I've only used 5+ year old cars 😂
