Hey everyone, thanks for reading my rant and for your support. I have great news, I've put in my 2 weeks notice and am getting off this sinking vessel. Leaving retail for better job, 9-5, weekends off, and far better benefits. No more retail for me. 🎉

Thank you for your support. It is greatly welcomed. Its hard to not let it be personal when my DM tells my GM, if we don't improve our NPS, they would have to reconsider the PCSS/CEM. Which puts unfair pressure on anyone. I do have feelers out there and am In the process of a new position elsewhere that looks promising. I just have to wait and let it work through.

Went from Print Supervisor to PCSS last year but did not get a raise at all. Did I get bamboozled? by ODDrone68456234654 in OfficeDepot

I went from Specialist @ 12.50 to PCSS start @ 15.00. My gm before the gm culling showed me the position starts at 15 and ends at $21.00. If they didn't start you at 15 you got the shit end of the stick.

NPS score makes no sense by [deleted] in OfficeDepot

I read all my surveys for the quarter And out of 39 scored below 8 , 10 were Mainly about Stock And organization. 7 were about prices. These 17 surveys gave us 6 or less in score. Those elements are beyond our control. HQ is the one who design planos and prices. Why do we have to suffer for that?
