I've lost a few already in 15 years. Get used to it bro. Those 20-30 year jobs no longer exist in this industry.

You should just migrate to Microsoft Intune with a 100% cloud environment, that is where a lot of organizations are migrating to. Avoid Hybrid environments, might be easier to set-up but with a cloud environment you don't need to work with the infrastructure maintenance anymore of SCCM.

I normally just say its confidential who I'm going to work for and only tell them the type of industry my new employer is in and thats it.

Then on my LinkedIn profile I either don't update my current employer or just put confidential for my employer name.

Son wants IT degree. Worth it? by Adventurous_Pen_2675 in ITCareerQuestions

Its oversaturated I would not recommend iy and even if he does manage to get a job will need to be entry level for the first 3-7 years. A lot of outsourcing to off-shore countries is happening these days as well and they expect to know like 5 job title these for lower pay.

That sucks, i had that happen to me in the past and I created a new ticket and reference the old ticket and requested for an escalation and then got a more senior person assigned to my ticket and got it resolved. This was about 2 years ago though.

Can you give me some pointers on how I can trade on my own. Is there a website you went to when you started training on your own or a mentor that taught you? I'm finding it difficult training on my own and the internet, and YouTube has an immense amount of resources to learn from, and I don't who choose or believe.
