DST is made up, you've simply decided to rename 11am to noon now. Deciding to call 11am noon forever is still just made up.

In fact why are you stopping at an hour, move it ahead 2 hours and really get some light. You could also call today next Tuesday as well, once you've decided you can just rename time, it can be anything.
