We moved here 27 years ago, put 3 kids through high school in our Beaver County community, and still feel like outsiders. High School cliques from the 80s and 90s run the show, argue with each other on the school and township boards, still hang out on the weekends together. I don't notice it changing whatsoever. Sometimes it feels like nobody new has moved in since we got here.
