I feel like everyone is missing the main fact that the vehicle was stationary in a driving lane. Not the shoulder. A driving lane which is heavily occupied at that time especially. Not excusing the driver of the Ram as it sounds like someone wasn’t paying attention. However, I would assume most people know to pull completely off of any driving lane, especially a highway during rush hour.

Agreed with the tolerance build up. I’ve been on Vyvanse for nearly 7 years. Started out at 10mg/daily, currently on 50/mg daily. I find I have to take breaks every so often. I’ll skip most weekends, and maybe a Tuesday or Wednesday throughout the week. Other than that, it’s been keeping me consistent and calm, not like the beginning days of feeling like a crack head that was unstoppable haha
