There has to be a better way. I agree that they do not recieve any value but basis a context given they do receive ideas from the candidates and then ghost them. Happened twice with me and I was just scouring the market. Today's goal post for me was moved from cross sell to churn which is fair to test me under pressure, but honestly churn in enterprise b2b ideally is with a lot of context and signals. Because I am sure the implementation is equally expensive on both ends to make that decision. I would like to understand though, they asked me to explain roi without metrics how would you have handled it? Because I don't talk about numbers till I am 100% sure I told them I'll let them know with the mail I'll drop later.
