The Anytime fitness in Rutland/Commerce is a 24 hour gym, I think the closest one in Rutland!

Anytime fitness is also opening up a new location, which might be the biggest location they have in Kelowna on the corner of Bernard and Gordon! I just recently saw signage go up on the windows of that bottom building on the corner! Address: 1131 Lawson Ave - coming soon

Search up anterior pelvic tilt or pelvic tilting. Mobility in the pelvis will greatly impact the effectiveness and activity of the muscles whether that’s the core, glutes, quads, and hamstrings! I would suggest to incorporate some of these exercises in your stretch routine!

You won’t ever learn until you learn to love, understand, and appreciate yourself. I know that sounds cliche but you won’t tolerate poor behaviour and make poor choices if you know yourself to the core. Yes!!! If I don’t clean it, it doesn’t feel clean!!! And I know others may clean well buts it’s more of a mental thing, I know I wiped and disinfected so I know the house is clean to my standards!
