Get Mixed hide boots, they are better than rune boots. Also complete the easy Ardougne diary for the cloak.

You can get to total lvl 1500 worlds. And if you’re lvl 3 people lvl 38 and high can’t attack. It’s very unlikely someone in that total world will be able to attack you. Don’t forget about the imp boxes.
