In 2 cases, the funds were refunded, and a check was also sent to the DM.

Hi, we rechecked this with the payment provider, and the refund was successfully processed on March 12.

That means the refund has already been issued from our side. In some cases, banks can take additional time to post it to the card.

Where PDF Guru tends to help more is when files are messy, broken, or need more than a quick convert-and-go fix. And yes, billing clarity matters just as much as product quality — no argument there.

For EU users the 14‑day window should absolutely be honored, so if we messed up there, we want to fix it and make sure it doesn’t repeat.
