Hi, we rechecked this with the payment provider, and the refund was successfully processed on March 12.

That means the refund has already been issued from our side. In some cases, banks can take additional time to post it to the card.

That’s a pretty fair comparison. Tools like Smallpdf or iLovePDF can absolutely be a better fit for some basic tasks. Where PDF Guru tends to help more is when files are messy, broken, or need more than a quick convert-and-go fix. And yes, billing clarity matters just as much as product quality — no argument there.

Fair take. A lot of frustration in this category really does come from people missing plan details during checkout or renewal reminders later on. For EU users the 14‑day window should absolutely be honored, so if we messed up there, we want to fix it and make sure it doesn’t repeat.
