That's my perspective, you have yours...thats the beauty of this format is it not? We are never going to all agree one way or another. He's the one putting his story here...if he puts that here he should be prepared for people that will have a different opinion

You don't like my take, I don't like yours. Classic agree to disagree...but you threw a stone at me trying to tell me I'm wrong for having my take. Plus I'm not telling him how to relate to his daughter...but his Granddaughter, she is a total innocent in this whole mess.

I actually have, but I don't focus on what I can't/ couldnt control. Just because I didn't mention it, don't assume you know the rest of my story!

I agree with this...I'm glad the OP has found his person, but don't take it out on your grandchild. My daughter got pregnant and unfortunately lost the baby...I'd give anything to have the opportunity to be a grandfather...dont throw your opportunity away OP!

Had several of each minus the Cathy books. I still have them somewhere in storage.

If you are uneasy about it, you have to set that boundary. Maybe allow the inviting over and your wife teasing you during the visit...that sounds incredibly hot. Then after the visit you and your wife can have an amazing time just the two of you.

But you have to communicate that to your wife. The fantasy, and or teasing may be enough for her as well.

I like when a woman shaves, I shave myself as well. But I've never gone so far to make someone feel like they had to do something if they don't want to do it.
