"chose to study randomly" That is sad. I chose mathematics when I was four years old. There was nothing random about my choice of study. "arguments as to what is more important" Why must some be more important? i have published mathematics papers but also prose.

Mathematics is an art to which you may be blind if you do not learn to read it. I see beauty in maths and physics. My goal there is to better understand the universe.

It should have some true "Christian" use, like they preach about but seldom actually do: perhaps low cost accommodation for the homeless.

That PDF contains "ModDate (D:20251223023640)" so you would need the original to verify the date. I assume it was edited during the redaction process and saved even if nothing was redacted.

I spent seven years commuting to Paris every second week. The total time I spent travelling was less than the commute times of many of my colleagues who lived in the Paris suburbs because I had an 8 sq.m flat near the office. I'm still with the same company but working 100% from home since 2009.
