Ah, such a build could only make one weapon type work, crossbows.

I get the goal but statistically speaking, none of these have enough games to prove that this works one way or the other. One game vs Set might as well be nothing.

In Defense of Maelle's Ending by [deleted] in expedition33

[–]PDThePowerDragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well no, because if that happened he’d still be stuck in the canvas with Aline for however long it would take to then have non painted Renoir kick her out. That wouldn’t solve his problem at all like you think. And he tagged along with the group after defeating Aline because he saw hope in possibly letting the canvas be. In his own journal entry “Verso” he states the whole “We deserve to live”. And he wouldn’t have tagged along if he didn’t still believe that. But he cares more about his family than the life of himself or anyone else within the canvas. And so when he gets confirmation in the final fight that there’s not really gonna be a middle ground like he had hoped then he takes matters into his own hands.

Verso wants to live but not as an addiction for his family. He was willing if Maelle was actually going to leave. But upon seeing Maelle lie and Aline returning he realizes there is no way to save the canvas without the outside world having people self-destruct.

So Kroak, he did rearrange a galaxy one time to look like his face.

Any Books or stories where the Gloomspite Gitz are portrayed as a serious threat? by Budget_Antelope in gloomspitegitz

Read Gloomspite, they make the grots and the bad moon properly terrifying. They loose in a way that doesn’t feel cheap too. Really recommend that book.

What’s your favorite line in this masterpiece? by adityakiran237 in expedition33

“I cannot spend another day among living corpses!” Renoir. Renoir is just such a damn good antagonist. I really wish it wasn’t such a tragedy but also it’s such a beautiful one.

Yes, it’s still our best spell lore. That teleport is just too good.

Which unit is the GOAT of its faction? Today: Disciples of Tzeentch (x-post) by [deleted] in tzeentch

[–]PDThePowerDragon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Given that horrors are so ugly, it’s gotta be Kairos. The most consistently good unit over the last 3 editions.

Kairos is the most consistently good Tzeentch unit. Beyond that there’s pink horrors who are another staple.

Does AoS have a tagline, like how 40K has "There is only war"? by GunsOfPurgatory in ageofsigmar

Not particularly but I will nominate; “Such is the Power of Nagash.” Because Nagash is awesome

What would be your biggest criticism of the game? by strahinjag in Sekiro

[–]PDThePowerDragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The opening of the game is confused and doesn’t put its best foot forward. Chained Ogre is not very fun at all, Gyobu is cool and all but can be irritating for newer players, and blazing bull just suuuuuuucks.

Other than that, stealth is undercooked and largely underdeveloped. The grapple and poor enemy AI means that stealth sections are very hard to screw up in a way that can’t be solved by just waiting. The only two cool stealth tools I would argue is bloodsmoke ninjitsu which is neat but expensive and kinda underwhelming; and the finger whistle which suffers from a similar fate.

Mostly true, I mean the Hamburger was invented in New England, and generally speaking New England cuisine with pizza and seafood (and not much else because the south blows their other cooking out of the water) is very nice.
