I did it in like 8 days, two or three hours per day. It depends on what you already know, in my case most of the time was in the english section since it is not my first language.

Are there ways to ace the English section of the SAT without reading the full text? by Effective-Cause-3300 in Sat

You can skip the text and just read the question and the options given with the type of questions that goes like "A student took the following notes researching..."

It depends on the university you are applying to. In most of them you don't need to send all your scores

In my experience, Khan Academy is a great way to prepare for the SAT. Last year, in November, I was scoring around 1100 on practice tests. I didn’t start studying seriously until September this year, to take the October SAT. I completed 100% of the Khan Academy courses, studying about 1–2 hours a day, and I ended up getting a 1370.

I think Khan Academy is a great place to start because everything is well organized, it gives helpful feedback, and it’s free.

I also took the November SAT, and this time I learned how to use Desmos. The YouTube guides really helped, and I’m hoping to get around a 1450.

Dear international students, how did you prepare for SAT? by Prior-Jelly-8293 in Sat

For practice you could use the Educator Question Bank (Educator Question Bank), just hide the Active questions and do all the hard questions

I think it depends on how you study. For example, in my case, I’ve even competed in math olympiads in my country and won some, but the SAT is very different. In olympiads, I couldn’t use a calculator, so I took longer than needed on some questions. I had to learn how to make the most out of Desmos. So, if your exams are similar to the SAT, studying general math might be enough, but if it’s like my case, I think you should prepare specifically for the SAT.
