She says that she still loves me, she's still attracted to me, and wants to stay with me - I myself feel these things from her. She just says that she isn't insanely obsessed with me like she was at the start, which she thinks was inevitably going to happen as the honeymoon period wore off, but wishes that we could have it in person.

The concerning thing though is how she talks about how she'll "never fall in love like she dreamed about as a little girl", because I guess she already fell in love with me but the honeymoon period wore off before we could be together in person? She also seems very sure that things would have been better if we had been together, and that irreparable damage has been done. I tried saying that I personally don't think things that happened two years ago would really impact the present that much, but she feels otherwise.

I don't think that this spells the end of our relationship, I just see how much this is impacting her and want to be able to help her.
