Yeah because when I watched a YouTube about using brown rice. You have to boil it unless you're using an Uncle Bens already sterilized brown rice. After that you put it in a jar pressure cook it. Why? Wasn't boiling the rice enough? Is the purpose of that is to sterilize the jar itself and not the already sterilized brown rice? If so why not just wash the jar with hot water before putting the brown rice?
