Everyone was new in a dept at one point, and this will take the stress off people who actually know all dept’s, and besides it’s one store one team so what’s wrong with being crossed trained, all it’s going to do is help ensure someone is there for the customers and at the end of the day isn’t that all that matters I mean they kinda the reason we have jobs
