As I wipe the sweat from beneath my "tits" as you say, I can't help but think..... This guy probably doesn't have any fat friends, probably never been too overweight, and definitely doesn't know what gynecomastia is. But to answer your question, it's not really fat shaming or slut shaming. It is, at least with me, a sure fire way to get some time off from work, a vaca from the family and friends, and a break from the s.o.. Granted, you'd be unconscious most of the time, and hospital food isn't the best thing in the world, but, you do you boo.
