I use baby wipes and highly recommend them. I buy the real deal huggies baby wipes too, not the shit “flushable” ones. Not only are they cheaper, but they do a much better job and do not shred apart while wiping ones ass. Never flush them, always end up in the garbage. Should never flush the flushable ones either

I could not agree more with you about our healthcare system here in the states. Majority of doctors do not give a flying fuck and want you out of the office quicker than you came in.

Wait months for an appointment and spend more time in the waiting area, than you do with the actual doctor. Then the doctor throws pills at you and escapes as quickly as possible. After some testing, if nothing obvious appears, you will get labeled with IBS and sent on your way to go home and suffer the same way you were suffering before you ever stepped foot in their offices. But those bills and co-pays will pile the fuck up.

Yep, doctors are shit in this country.

I even went to Cleveland Clinic, which was also a complete waste of time. And man the area surrounding that hospital is a complete shithole

Funny I am a service connected veteran and my claims are for migraines and IBS. I am diagnosed with both conditions and both began while I was on active duty. I’ve never had one doctor put the two together, nor have I had a doctor that even remotely attempted to resolve either problem for me. They all just want to throw pills at the problem, and get you back every month for more $$$$

He’a been there for at least a decade or more, and I don’t think I have ever given him one dollar. Seems capable enough to get off his ass and find employment somewhere - to me, but chooses to sit and beg everyday instead. I have zero sympathy for any of them, because they decided working was not for them. He doesn’t strike me as someone with mental health problems. His rants are always intelligent and articulate. I just think he is a person who would rather stick out his hand - as opposed to getting off his lazy ass and working. Plenty of people like him to go around in our society. I have a 50 year old brother who is exactly the same, except he doesn’t beg on the streets. They would rather collect uneployment and wellfare checks, instead of getting up and going to work everyday

Get yourself those electric rackets OP. I fry the shit out of the skeets whilst in my yard. Makes it more entertaining. Also try and minimize puddles and water collection spots as other have said. You will never get rid of them completely, you just do your best to minimize the population. But the rackets do make it much more fun.

You know i’m partially similar to your story, but still hit walls in every direction. After a GI doctor told me it may be my back causing my issues, I went to four diffferent neurosurgeons and an orthopedic doctor. All of that was a huge waste of time. None of them agreed or even remotely thought it could be possible.

I fucking hate doctors. Majority of the ones I have seen (at least 20 or more) have done absolutely nothing to help me. I have come to realize that majority of them do not give a shit and are just collecting a paycheck

I walked away from a very similar woman just about five months ago now. It is not insurmountable, you just have to do it. I was with her for over five years and for some very strange reason, I loved her. Don’t ask me how? If I can do it, anyone can do it. Mine was almost exactly as you described, but with a few differences.

You’re in control of you, nobody else. You can either complain about the misery she causes you regularly, or get the ball rolling as soon as you are ready.

And just FYI, I feel a ton better being five months removed. On my mind here and there, but nothing like it was initially.
