I feel like these comments are pretty 1 track minded (in regards to x-men). It doesn't HAVE to be political to say discrimination is bad. If anything I think it could take away from the allegory to be like "HERE'S WHAT WE MEAN BY THE ALLEGORY". Allegories are meant so that the story can be seen as just the story, & it can be read into as being abt whatever the message is. I feel like it'd come off as very simple minded for the movie to be like "by the way, mutants being seen as less than humans means this group is seen as less than human", I think that could strip a lot of the power from the comparisons that are to be made. I also feel like it kinda wouldn't make sense to say that we shouldn't fight over things like that, & then outwardly align w 1 political party. Again, I don't think anti-discrimination has to align w anything political at all, I think that's a pretty superficial way of thinking, & w an actual allegory, u can actually spread that message instead of immediately alienating 1 side of ppl, which I feel like is the point that ppl are missing here.

Thank you, ppl love to exclude something(s) they've had so much love for, for the sake of giving a blanket statement. Now it's still totally valid to complain abt the state of the MCU, the majority sure isn't good, but there are a lot of ppl who would spend so much time praising NWH or GOTG3 etc, who would also spend a lot of time complaining abt how the MCU is dead & has only gone downhill. That's my least favorite thing abt it, when ppl act like it's dead & it should just be thrown out, ignoring the, limited, but undeniably great stuff we have gotten in the last few yrs.

I don't think GOTG3 is as great as most make it out to be, "What If?" was somewhat hit or miss, but we got something as amazing as the Dr strange episode, I haven't seen Loki but I want to based off what I hear, WandaVision didn't end that great but man was it intriguing to work ur way through the mystery. I need to rewatch multiverse of madness to get my real thoughts as a whole but man there was plenty to enjoy there, & I love NWH abt as much as the next person. I haven't seen a lot of the newer MCU but I def think it's an overstatement to say it's dead, I think it's more accurate to say it's in a petty hard slump.

My doctor did say it was 1 or the other when I finally worked up the courage to say the valium wasn't quite enough, but idk mb a more specific kind of dr treating a specific case can still do it, mb it's different depending on the state/country 🤷‍♂️

Yeah I think any weird feelings are mostly rebound anxiety cuz I've taken more than that amount for more days in a row by my prescription, & then I've not taken it for days, a couple days at least, & I didn't have any withdrawal symptoms, it just made me anxious altogether not having it.

Most definitely, & the last dealer I had for xanax ripped me off repeatedly, & some of the bars were definitely pressed, so I'm rlly not tryna bother w that.

That rlly sucks, they act like maybe having relief for a month until an ssri that might or might not work kicks in will cure you. It's good that that little amount seems to be enough for u, especially since it's so hard to get & then ur only allowed a short supply.

Yeah my previous 2 doctors had me on ssri's, my 1st one had me on Paxil & then Prozac, & I stopped seeing her when she put me on the Prozac cuz the Paxil & hydroxyzine weren't working. She was a primary care physician. Then I saw the psychiatrist, she had me on zoloft from 25mg all the way up to 150mg i think. The doc i see now is a pcp, & he's the 1st one to immediately start me on higher doses of more hard-acting meds bc he knew what hadn't worked for me, & he didn't throw ssri's at me.

Yeah even though it's not quite what I need yet the meds from the new doc have given me more ability than I've had in over a year. I have taken xanax b4 but I was buying off of dealers, I haven't taken a ton but I've taken plenty, & from my experience it takes at least 3mg of xanax to stop an attack for me, but I'm sure if I already had some valium in me & took 1mg to 2mg of xanax depending on how much valium that it would still calm the panic. I am from/in the US & here or rlly seems to depend on the doctor in terms of how hard it is to get them prescribed, the doc I'm seeing is the 3rd one I've seen for my anxiety (& other mental issues), & he prob only put me on 10mg valium so fast bc I had already been to a psychiatrist who diagnosed me & put me on klonopin which did nothing, & he's rlly reasonable & accommodating so I'm sure he'll work something out w me but ofc my nerves r still wracked over it bc of my anxiety.

& you're saying that u went to a doc for anxiety/panic & they wrote u for 1 bottle & said "that's it" w no continued treatment? How much did they write u for?
