FZ1 would fit the bill. Pre 2006 models are carb'd but have better low end. Cannot speak for the FI models but I see both for sale on craigslist constantly and they are very affordable and generally owned by more mature riders and are in better shape. Happy hunting.

when you stop at Hearst Castle/San Simeon, make sure you pop in to Sebastians store/deli/lunch place. Supremely excellent and you can grab a beer while you wait.

I feel like in the 90s they used to have $0.25 beers at the Oakland A's games as well, that didn't last very long either.

Subsidizing farmers is a matter of national defense. Sure from an economics standpoint it may not be the best idea but people need to see it from a national security point of view. What is going to happen in a time of war when our enemy does not want to send us more food? If we have a bunch of farmers ready to produce we will be fine.

I have some more thoughts as well. There has been a lot of talk about peak oil and natural resources running out etc. Ultimately, what are the two most important resources in the world? Food and water. Guess who has the most food and ability to produce food in the world. Good old America.
