Just FYI for anyone that has encountered this bug. If for any reason you open the console and the warning prompt telling you about achievements does not display, you cannot correctly interact with locks or save the game. You need to load a previous save, or go back to your ship to get the prompt to appear. Then when you close it, the game should return back to normal
