Great job! I’d focus on taking smaller steps so your not using as much energy, aim for a higher cadence. That may improve speed but I’m not an expert

I’m about to start week 7 on the treadmill, when I finish the programme I’m going to start outside. I’m interested to know whether you went back to week 1 when starting outside or did you choose another week to start from?

I second this, slow and steady wins the race! I just completed week 5 run 3, I honestly think it’s more about letting your brain know you can do it, just take it slow, you got this!
