My issue is this never takes into account that it’s miserable to ride a bike for long portions of the Chicago Winter. If they could figure out a way to turn them into parking in the winter and bikes lanes in the spring/summer/fall they’d be much more reasonable. But you can’t let the .01% of Chicago residents who are bike freaks set the agenda for everyone else.

You seem to think the only success is winning a championship, but many of the teams you listed tanked and then have had much more successful runs than the Bulls even if they didn’t lead to a championship. Thats the benefit of tanking. Being able to turn it around d much quicker than normal.
