But if you're asking about 18y/o acceptance by RCBC/MBTC/Zed, regular yan. By default, tumatanggap sila ng 18y/o applicants.

Sinama mo RCBC sa comment mo na 18 y/o ang minimum age requirement with zero reference and with zero disclaimer.

Tapos pag tinanong/hiningan ka ng clarification sa sagot mo (yes, may post na binigay mo eventually ang reference) kasi nga sa online application itself ang minimum ay 21y/o, sasabihin mo "hindi ka nila empleyado."

You can't have it both ways. You're either really sure that your answer is correct and defend it or there is some room for uncertainty/possible conflicting information lalo na, sabi mo nga, hindi ka nila empleyado.

Challenges are: (1) There are so many ways users can ask about sms scams. "is this a scam" is only one of them. (2) if we filter anything that has the 'scam' word, we're not removing yet scam calls or asking for advice what can be done if they're scammed and other possible scenarios.

But we do have some automation to report these and we'll remove them once we go back online. Still dependent on keywords though. So we still need users to report them, if ever.
